Application & Requirement
Designing a mixed-light source combining UVA, UVB, and UVC wavelengths for a 5cm x 5cm target area.
Optical Design
Through advanced optical simulation, Violumas optimized the LED array for uniform wavelength distribution across the entire exposure area.
Thermal Design
Heat simulation confirmed the need for an active air-cooled system, maintaining chip temperatures (Tj) at 60°C.
