New UVB/UVC 3X3 & 4X4 Array LEDs for High Power Applications

Violumas is proud to announce the addition of 2 new COB Module configurations (VC3X3 and VC4X4 COB Series) to its extensive, high power UV LED product lineup.

Available in UVC and UVB wavelengths (265 nm, 275nm, 295 nm, and 310 nm), both LEDs are comprised of a high-density array packed under a single 90° fused silica lens for focused, high power UV illumination.

The VC3X3 COB consists of nine 3-PAD UV LED chips with a radiant flux of over 600 mW (If=2.1 A).）

The VC4X4 COB consists of sixteen 3-PAD UV LED chips with a radiant flux of over 1000 mW (If=2.8 A).

By utilizing the Violumas-patented 3-PAD LED Flip Chip structure and the copper-based Super Pillar MCPCB, the VC3X3 and VC4X4 COB Series exhibit intense thermal dissipation with thermal resistances as low as 0.06°C/W.

With unprecedented UV power levels in a single package, the VC3X3 and VC4X4 COB Series are intended for UVC and UVB applications with high power intensity & dosage requirements.
